The Si is injected.. I dont think that head will fit, but you can put a d16a1 head on it if you want to go through the trouble. And its A LOT of work http://www.redpepperracing.com/forum...f=2&t=3563&hl=

If I were you I'd just boost the stock motor, or swap the whole thing out and boost something else

go to the bone yard and see if you can drop a 86-87 D16A1 on that bitch cuz i know the blocks are the same ----(-.1 liter) and im 99.99999999% sure they would work. or just drop an 88-89( or even the DOHCZC head cuz its the same ----) and convert to OBD0.

if i think about it. when i put a D16A1 head on my D15B2 i had to move the top left hole on the head over about 2cms to the left and if you move the hole on the Y8 head to the right 2cms it should fit on the EW block. I would first try putting a worthless D head on it first and if it doesn't hit a jacket then ---- it and put the Y8. someones gotta blaze the trail and then others will follow!
