1990 Accord, H22A swap.
My friend wants to put a H22A in his 1990 accord but he wants to do a complete engine build up. I want to know what is the best size turbo to get 400 whp. What parts do you reccomend to get the 400 whp. Maybe of list of stuff he would need like what size injectors, block guards, ect.
Precesion turbos are the hot T3/T4's right now, tons of guys are making lots of power with them. For a H22 and a 400whp goal I'd go with a SC34 or SC50.
As far as building it up, its going to cost alot. My girfriend just built up her h22. engine swap/Sleeves/Rods/Pistons/Clutch/LSD/Turbo setup is easily over 6500 bucks.

the f22 is more ideal for turbo than the h22, thats why we said to build that ****** up....the f22 is like 9:1 and h22 is much higher compression, and ideal is what 8.8? and like they said the f22 has cast iron sleeves, thats why i decided to boost this engine instead of swapping...

Ideal is very subjective. My ideal is no lower than 9.5.1
