190 or 255 lph with afc hack

which is more reasonable for 7 psi of boost? and would i need a fpr to adjust idle pressure?

Stock pump can handle 7psi

Use the money you save by keeping the stock fuel pump and ditch the afc for something better.

And also ditch the FPR and get your ECU chipped along with some DSM injectors and resistor box, you can also use ford probe turbo injectors, they are 390CC and should work fine.
