I have a 1993 honda civic del sol. It has a Tdo4h-15g turbo on it w/ front mount intercooler. I need info on Summer driving in AZ, as well as winter driving in AZ. Im overheating in summer... and im hitting 10 psi during winter even though im running as low boost as i can on my greddy profec b boost controller plus my wastegate is set at a minimum of 5psi. I figure im doin this because of the colder weather... but i dont have the fuel for the boost and its doin some wierd ----.. u know.. the stuff that happens when u dont have enough fuel for the boost . All i have for fuel management is an FMU and an inline fuel pump. Anyone have any ideas on what i can do with a 20 dollar budget? . Any input on this .. or about my car in general would be great. Im running the turbo on a d16z6. thanks...

 

For 20 bucks, I would go buy maxium boost by corky bell, and take your boost controller off, and run a simple vacuum line to your wastegate actuator instead.

How about a VAFC hack with 450cc injectors?

That is around 300 bucks, and can easily control 10psi.
