15g turbo on del sol.. need many q and a

I have a 1993 honda civic del sol. It has a Tdo4h-15g turbo on it w/ front mount intercooler. I need info on Summer driving in AZ, as well as winter driving in AZ. Im overheating in summer... and im hitting 10 psi during winter even though im running as low boost as i can on my greddy profec b boost controller plus my wastegate is set at a minimum of 5psi. I figure im doin this because of the colder weather... but i dont have the fuel for the boost and its doin some wierd ----.. u know.. the stuff that happens when u dont have enough fuel for the boost

. All i have for fuel management is an FMU and an inline fuel pump. Anyone have any ideas on what i can do with a 20 dollar budget?

. Any input on this .. or about my car in general would be great. Im running the turbo on a d16z6. thanks...

For 20 bucks, I would go buy maxium boost by corky bell, and take your boost controller off, and run a simple vacuum line to your wastegate actuator instead.

What about the problem with not having enough fuel for that boost? Any little settings i can change maybe?

for 20 bucks? I dont think so dude..

How about a VAFC hack with 450cc injectors?

That is around 300 bucks, and can easily control 10psi.

read through the forums for more info on that.

How much is the VAFC and if i wanted those injectors.. i have to scounge for them .. or they just cheap?

sounds like hes leaning out causing detonation and his egts are sky rocketing like a russion astronaut.

my advice with $20. do what jeff said, go to your local auto parts store and tee the intake manifod to your wastegate.
leave the greddy kit at 5.7psi where its meant tobe

better safe than sorry.
