When people say 60/63, 48/60, or any of the like, they are referring to a/r, not trims.
a 42/48 is no where near a 60 trim t3.
A 14b would be a better choice than a 48/52. Something like a 60/63 t3 would be just a tad bigger than a 14b.
A t25 is comparable to a 42/48.
