How much for 7cm? I just bought a 16g but the guy needed to keep the hotside for his new turbo. Trade for super chron that's so crystally it looks like a tarantula?

 

Just wondering if you're running the famous hf/adaptor/14b setup... if you do, your o2 housing will be sitting towards the tranny and not in the way of the ac condensor, but I'm not sure if the compressor side will interfere with it since my car has no ac anyway... but now considering you have an 88 civic, maybe the front mount may be an issues?? I'm not sure, I have an EG with that setup!

 

im running the famous 14b/hf adapter / hf mani. The bend is kinda tough though, its almost 90*. since my inlet faces the driver fender it clased with the AC compressor. I also removed my windshield washer tank so i can place my air filer there, a little to close to the ground for my liking, but it works!

In my opinion, from the picture, it doesn't look good at all. Is it cracked on the outside? More pictures?

Some may argue just to weld it using a MIG, which can be done, but not recommended.

Some may say, slap some of that ol' J-B weld on there.

I'd say to find another one, if at all possible, or just use that as a template for now so that you can fabricate your down pipe with that. and then search for another one at junkyards, egay or the WTB in this forum.

Your choice.

 

ive had 3 of those hotsides....all of them had some sort of crack. Never fixed them, car didnt run bad. If is cracked all the way to the outside then it will generate a leak. Just run it anyways, 14b's are starter turbos, if they burn or crack just pick another one up.....ive got 2 for free and one i payed $40.
