How much would it be to fabricate a downpipe if i bring the shop my car with manfold and 14b attached? ill bring the stock o2 housing , so all they have to do is make a pipe from the o2 housing to the exhaust. also, does the dsm o2 housing clear the ac condenser ?

It's just a standard 2 bolt exhaust flange off the 02 housing. Any exhaust shop should be able to do it very easily with what they have there. Don't forget ur wideband sensor bung while you're there. Even if you don't have a wb set-up they can just stick a plug in it and then you can install the wb sensor when you get it. IDK about the condenser, but ---- the AC if you need to. Boost is by far more important hahahaha.

how much would you think it'll cost? is it ok to run the o2 sensor right after the turbo like that?

depends on the shop but on a average depends on the size of the piping i would say anywhere from 120-170

I'd say $300 for a full exhaust which you may as well do if you don't have one and you're there. Way less for just a downpipe. Yeah just run your narrowband sensor in the stock location and have them weld in a wideband bung about 36" back. I do my wideband bungs on the downpipe right between the firewall and the engine.

ok sweet. my 14b has a crack in the exhaust housing starting from the flange, but you cant see it from the outside. should i still proceed with this build?

Run it. What's the worst that could happen? You don't make as much boost as with a fully intact housing? Big woopie. Just do it, we all do.

what do you guys thing? this is the exhaust housing and the cracks are on the o2housing side.

Looks like a used 14b.Torgan is right lol. If you have the $ get a 7cm housing off a 16g and be done. They don't crack as often as the 6cm. From what I gather it was a casting flaw in the 6cm housings.
