Default 13's in a stock block full weight 4 door

Im a noob but not some stupid ricer wanting to put a t67 on my d15.I have a couple questions and want to try to keep them in one thread.

#1 How many people have stock d15's in the 13' on a 14b.

#2 Should I use meth injection even tho a 14b and 450's will get me to my goal. More of a safety thing I guess

#3 Which tuning system has the best balance of ease of use/performance.I see alot of people using turbo edit but my friends say to use crome.

#4 What clutch should I get. This is a buget build so post accordingly

#5 What ecu do I have?93 eg8 dx

Considering I can drive worth a damn should my ported hf manfold 14b'ed 4door pull a 13.99.Thanks in advance.

Ok.what psi, what were you using to tune with, full interior? Also a hatch is much lighter than a 4 door.

Well ---- I didn't realize all those questions were specific to HONDA'S.I know excactly how to make a DSM fast.Just because two cars are turbocharged doesn't mean a damn thing.Think a little before coming up with a cool *** remark.
