Wtf, dump the '08, hit up ebay, and get a certified '05 STi or '06-07 Evo trailered to your door. The extra money involved will be about what it takes to buy the turbo kit & the replacement motors and transmissions to make the RS even close to the STi.

Its not our fault you jumped into a car, bought it, now decided to get a turbo. For not much extra, you'd have a FACTORY setup. HMT was built by people turboing car brands that never had turbos before, or people modding their factory turbo cars. Not pinching pennies on a new car when they should have opted for the better model.

frm Ny , now im in Qatar middle east , they dont allow evo's , sti's or any turbo or supercharged ---- here

 

'07 never had an Evo. '06 was the last year of the 9's, '08 the first year of the 10's.

To the OP, honestly I wouldn't even bother trying to turbo it. For one you'll void your warranty and for 2 it would be more trouble than it's worth with the sohc open deck design for those motors. 5-7 psi would end up splitting them apart like butter.

so they banned turbo cars but they will let you get turbo parts in the mail? Sounds to me like youre going to get pulled over and lose your brand new car
