how to... Whitey/JDM style bends...
need:
-tubing, whatever size you are using
-chop saw, with moveable gate
-sharpie or other permanent marker
-welder, or course
To Do:
-grab your tube (sick *****) and draw 2 lines lengthwise, one across the centerline of tube from the other line.
-set up the gate on the chop saw at aprox 7.5 degrees (more if you want larger pie pieces, anything past 20 looks ghey)
-put tube in saw, clamp gate, line facing upwards, and cut first pie piece (this will be a bastard piece with one straight cut and one angled)
-undo gate, rotate tube till the other line is facing upwards, feed tube a little in the saw (depending on how tight the radius of you whitey bend needs to be), retighten gate, and cut.
-repeat last instruction till you got all your pie pieces.
-sand down the burrs using the side of the chop saw blade, it makes the welding easier/possible
if you use the 7.5 degree cut, you will get a 90 degree with 6 pieces.

I don't even thing that counts as a whitey bend. Thats too clean. THats a jDm bend. Now if it was titanium it would be off the richter scale jDm hotness. Then do a limp dick tailpipe with jDm bends and you sir would have one sweet looking exhaust.
