Why do people bother asking ---- like this. Aaron is an AWSOME fabricator and wants to make somethin to show his skills. Not a boring old mini-ram or shorty.

Not neccesarely all for show. A well designed and fabbed top mount will outperform your average manifold.

thanks josh. actually, i wanted to make a top mount to see if i could make one fit in my car, but i also wanted to make one because i thought it might be easier to work on installing everything, rather than having to reach underneath the turbo and manifold to get at all the bolts and that kinda stuff. so far mocking the dp and wg has been a breeze compared to my old setup. i should have some more pics up soon of the new setup, i just have to put a flange on the dp and add the dump tube. i left my valve/flowmeter at school last saturday and the damn college instructors have gone on strike so i can't get it back until it is resolved. so, i guess you'd be out of shcool right now too josh! that has to suck! i was lucky i didn't have to go thru anything like that when i was in school full time.

Average log manifold, you mean.

Topmounts let you run a bigger downpipe. With a conventional turbo placement, getting large OD tube to go where you want with commonly available bends is real hard.
