ok have been reading about the smileys and stuff and been looking on harbor frieght and was wondering which ones u guys are running. plushow thick are these things good for b/c if i spend the money on one i want to also be able to weld on frames and stuff like that for my s10 would it weld 3/16 and 1/4 in pretty easy. i have never messed with tig welders but it makes such a badass bead once u get to know what ur doing and i can lay a killer bead with a mig but would rather buy a tig so i can also build manifolds and stuff

Buy a riland. Mine is the CT-416D. Works fine if you keep the spark gpa in adjustment.
