Re: What Mig welder to buy ?!?
If your on a budget, you cant beat the price of hobarts welders. I have a hobart flux core 140amp mig that is awesome. I want to get the gas conversion for it real soon. The lincon gas welder is also suprisingly cheap as well. Dont get me wrong, millers welders are awesome, but i fell like your spending quite a bit of extra money just for the name.

Buy mine...
I have a Millermatic 175 (220V). It is not that I don't like it, it works really well, but now that I'm more familiar with fab, I'd use a TIG (for fine aluminum welds as in intercooler tank welding and fuel rails...), my fab objectives have changed. I can't afford both TIG and MIG at the same time, I'll try to sell my MIG.
Go brand name, 220V, gas application MIG, if it is that which suits your present (and future) need.

I'm PMing you price and location, I don't want to pollute your thread. Neither do I want to do sales thread in fab forum.
Once again, either if I end up sell you my welder or you buy from someone else, Go brand name, 220V, gas application MIG, if it is that which suits your present (and future) need.

lets make it simple for this ?,i guess what im asking is lets say you can make nice looking
