Forgot about this thread... Ya it's got brakes but you don't want to have to use them in an emergency! Just bike brakes on the rear tire connected to the brake pedal in front. I've been looking for a cheap scuba tank compressor to fill small welding/scuba tanks. A high pressure tank like that would increase the range of this think tremendously. Problem is that it's a pain in the butt to go get them refilled. Yes, it can be a bit unstable in a sharp turn if the weight isn't distributed properly at higher speeds.
Too many other projects right now but eventually we want to make a 2nd generation model, super light, more pressure/capacity, single seat. Have many ideas, including ways to utilize regenerative braking a little, lower for stability tho still three wheeled.
