Welding books
Usenet FAQ for you n00bs.
The Usenet newsgroup alt.binaries.e-book.technical has a couple of e-books on welding and various fabrication currently. A polite request should precipitate more.

Re: Welding books
The General Dennis Reimer Military Library has some material on welding and theory. It's a bit of dicking around to find it but here's the main page.
Gen.Dennis J Reimer Military Library
The keyword is "welding".
The material used to be in .pdf format but somewhere along the way changed to Microsoft Word format. Yes stupid but
good info and it's free(via US tax dollars ).

Re: Welding books
Nope, I just was snooping around on the 'net and found it purely by accident. I'm a canuck eh?
