i bought the harbor freight 151 120amp dual mig welder, hipefully it'll be enough to make some decent mounts/manifolds

Depends on what you call decent. I can tell you that, with that welding machine, if you try to sell manifolds, CHEAP price will have to be your #1 selling point.

shouldda got the Hobart. It's a machine that you'd keep for years to come, even after you got a bigger machine. The HF ones are disposable...you'll want another machine, and when you do, you'll never want to use this one again.
