fluxcore is teh suck! You really should use gas or find a mig welder that can use gas. Post up pics of your welder, what brand/model is it?

Damn, this topic is old and im -------, damn ------- drunk (working in a bar is hard... lol (6 beers, 4 shooters and still driving my car...)) the welder have no gas inlet so its fluxcore. No pics needed, the welder suck anyway...

IM not goin to post pics but ihave a 251 millermatic and she does a pretty damn good job for the stuff i do, the gases i use are 75-25, 90-10 and 98-2, you want a weld that will hold up on exhaust use 90-10 gas, 90-10 gas makes a good penatration weld
