Default V6 dakota turbo header

Building this single turbo header for a 3.9 liter V6 dakota. Mocking it up off my V8 dakota. I dont have the turbo so Im basing everything off measurments. Running garrett gt35 and a tial external gate.

Most of of the parts came from racing-solutions. I couldnt get a V6 flange so Just got the V8 one and cut off the extra part that was not needing.

Welded most of it tonight. Should finish it tomarrow as well as adding the external gate pipe and flange.

Its 16gauge mild steel, it is getting ceramic coated. I told the customer he would have to build a brace to support the turbo, since that is not something I can mock up with my truck and without the turbo.

Not bad, but 16 gauge a bit to thin?

No, thats the normal thickness used in making headers. Just that headers are not designed to support alot of wieght, which is why you brace the turbo.
