Hi....All done! And what a task as it took more than 40mins for each bolt; but slow drill speed was the answer.
I cannot believe just how hard the bolts were. I even buggered two center-punches just trying to mark start point on the actual bolts. Anyway heaps of cutting compound and a good drill press did it in the end. Once through the bolts the rest of the thread just came out after a bit of fiddling about with pliers etc.
