damn..... i was actually going to try this a while back..with some DC headers but never got to it...
make a prototype, then make a jig out of it... and copy them over and over again... i mean come on... everyones got a pair of DC headers, materials shouldnt be more than $30 |

Dammit. I'm in the process of making that exact same thing. I already got the T3 flange and cut and cleaned up the bottom flange. I was hoping to get it out in the next week, but I can't find any 2" schedule bends 90* for less than $15 (at mcmaster). Using the standard 1.5" seamed like a waste since that is normally used for a single runner. What size did you use?
