Rsx version has wg on top, eg,dc,ef has wg on side of collector

That number 1 cylinder runner is kinda scary with it kinda close to the fuel filter and fuel line. :-\ Besides that looks pretty nice. They should call that setup Lagzilla. That snail is crazy stupid huge!

so which of the 2 turbo's are you going to use? and why not have the wastegate face the other way to make it more of a wastegate priority manifold?

I need a 3" CAI for a B series EG. Just a simple yet effective intake from the throttle body to the little air hole up front.

Hook it up :)
LMK how much.

There are major flaws in the k bottom end

Look towards why skunk was blowin up motors like a fat kid eats baby ruth's

The k has bitchin flowin stock head

A properly set up b/h with a 300 cfm head will own a k swap

SkunT 08-10-2006 02:30 AM

Re: Some recent fab (and huge turbo pics)

I have a properly set up B series, and I would take a K any day of the week.

and I know about the flaws. Honda used my buddies dc5R to work the flaws out. I was there when the honda techs also worked the oiling system on his head as well.

with the bugs worked out, its flawless.

Guy-Fast 08-10-2006 03:08 AM

Re: Some recent fab (and huge turbo pics)

There is alot more flaws than that and Im talkin a 2.0 l b to equal the displacement of the k20

b20 with a 300 cfm head will make 220 whp easy and actually can rev the motor like its suppose to be

Re: Some recent fab (and huge turbo pics)

The placement of the runners and downpipe off the turbo are scaring me.... WAYYYYYY to close to fuel lines and brake lines, as well as the master cylinder resivor and PAINT on the strut tower. Not to mention the firewall its self. Needs heat shield for sure. Looks ------- awsome but I would in no way buy that.

Re: Some recent fab (and huge turbo pics)

Its gonna be rough to run the charge pipe through the tranny mount. :P

it looks as though the down pipe might be a bit of a squeeze, too.

Some people must find it very hard to read my post

This was the prototype actually made for an rsx, I am going to release a revised version very soon wich has more clearance to everything
As to lines being close, this ---- is not 100% bolt in and if you think it is you better not buy my stuff as I will not help you in anyway (in other words, use your brain and move the f***ing fuel lines and filter nimrod....)

This picture is to prove that a gt45r will physically fit, anyone willing to put that turbo in the car is also willing to make the other ---- work with it

Seems you pulled a newb and forgot to read also
Big turbo's (gt42r and larger) will require a 90 degree elbo welded on the comp housing
all other turbos can get a silicone tight 90 coupler and use that to pull it off

As said above this is the rsx version
A eg/dc/ef version will be released early next week and the turbo has more angle to it to allow a full 4" downpipe with aprox 1" of clearnace to the bmc, 3" t4 exhaust housings have more than enough room as is but for big 4" t4 exhaust housings (gt42r and gt45r) you need more thus a slight angle pointing the comp housing at the drivers side headlight will suffice

So people tell you some honest things and suggestoin about your manifold and you start ripping people new assholes. These are potential customers. The hell if I'm gonna ever order something from you or bring your name up for someone to buy from. I hope this thead gets locked like your other thread you made a couple of days ago. Eat a dick up BMC.

Isn't that what the fab forum was made for? Isn't it here to discuss/suggest/give constructive criticism? If he gets pissed that people comment on the design that what was the point of this thread besides purely advertisement? :-\ I guess the only questions that are acceptable in the fab forum now are:

-How much
-where's my manifold
-who can make this for me

:3

How long is the wait?

I know not many people on this board have k series (if any at all do) I was just posting up some pics
I was having a pretty crazy day at the shop the other day ago (nice 3rd dergee burn on leg and what not) hence the keyboard ninja being let loose

Thanks for the vouche man, good return customers like you get nice % off ;)

Is it in an RSX? no... Does it specificly state that is is an RSX manifold? No. You have to come to that conclusion by looking at the manifold for waste gate placement. Common sense tells most people that you would put an rsx manifold on a ------- rsx to show it, and not a civic. Go ---- yourself. Did he say ---- about the elbow in the original post? No... go ---- yourself some more.

sgoertz 08-12-2006 10:22 AM

Re: Some recent fab (and huge turbo pics)

The manifold would have been put in the rsx to how for pictures but they had pulled out the motor in the car and it wouldnt be in for another week
I figured it is even tighter fit in the civic so I would do the pictures there and just tell people that the wg goes on the side for civics, but then again some forgot to read as usuall ;)

EG and EF are Civics. DC is Integra. It also states it's the RSX manifold because the WG is on the top...

I knew it was a Civic right away. And him stating it was a prototype told me that it was a test fit.

Point is people need to show some respect and stop being ------- assholes around here. I am registered and active on a few different forums and this is my least favorite due to rude posts and comments.
