hey where did you get your argon bottle and regulator and all that and what did you pay for it?

argon bottle is a 250cu bottle rented from a local place; $8/mo for any sized bottle (used to have a 40 cube). It cost me $40 to fill it and cost $15 to fill a 40 so i figured why not; i dont want to keep refilling the little one

The regulator came with my lincoln welder its nothing special; I had to cut the hose for the lincoln and put on the end that fit the mini-tig; not a big deal sinc the mini-tig is hose clamped on and i can take apart the lincon one; or make a splitter to feed both

they're showing up as $299 on their website but they're $199 in stores and in the circulars; maybe if you called their 800 number and said "wtf y0" they'd give it to you for $199

think this would be good for exhaust and maybe manifold building? ive never welded and want to get into it. wiring up a 220 wouldnt be hard
