I went out to the driveway just now. My one ton chevy van has a huge rearend. With the right wheel in the backend it would work just fine. You would have to build some mounts and crap, but it would be a cheap upgrade.

only difference structurally between a 10bolt and a 12bolt is, the 12 bolt has 2 more parts to ---- ---- up.
they both suck. get a rearend out of a toyota pickup and a new diff, the axles are thicker than that of a ford 9". no shitting, go to a jy and look for yourself

we finished the truck tonight, and of course it was ------- wet outside. we took it for a ride anyways just to make sure everything worked and we got a little digi cam video of a driveby. josh will post them up in a few

What does it have for a oil pump for the return to get back to the oil pan? Looks like it will be pretty fast with some traction. It would be cool to see a ls1 in a s10 turbo charged. As for the toyota rear ends, they are strong if you get one out of a 4x4 and the ones from 79-85 are 3" narrower than the newer ones. Stock toy 4x4 rears come with 4.10 or 4.38 gears
