I have had some experience using the tools above and they are ok, but they take way more time to use when compared to an air grinder. They are helpful for getting into tight place, but if you are going to get one, make sure it is industrial grade or it wont do what you need it to.

Depends on what you're using. But an air powered right angle pencil grinder for that kind of manifold - a small flex-shaft grinder won't fit in that at a good angle.
Have a flex-shaft on your normal rotary grinder. 3/8hp electric, shittly little dremel/rotozip/etc, or 1/4" air.
