Not sure how much they are.. probaby not cheap. you can get a similar attachment for a dremel as seen below.. the flexable line (like a speedo cable) attaches to the end of the dremel.

Depends on what you're using. But an air powered right angle pencil grinder for that kind of manifold - a small flex-shaft grinder won't fit in that at a good angle.
Have a flex-shaft on your normal rotary grinder. 3/8hp electric, shittly little dremel/rotozip/etc, or 1/4" air.
