Its not my fault there are people thinking the welder was drop shipped from the home of SSAC products.

i need someone professional to come in and tell me what i'm doing wrong. my welds are always dark and nasty looking.... regardless of the amount of gas used.

use more filler, i know it sounds stupid but the more filler i use in the weld, the nicer the welds come out. bead wise and color wise.
make sure you properly wire brush, rinse in acetone, and make sure the tungsten is sharp

another issue i'm having (with filler) is the filler ends up "sticking out" on the other side of the weld more so then on the welding side. (and if i use less heat, then the weld is too small)
