I too use almost 1/16 for everything. Although i did buy both just because lol i wanted to see the difference between the two. I also use the 3/32 2% but for some reason i seem to be able to control the puddle better with a 1/16 tungsten

To my surprise, my local welding supply store had gas lense setups in stock. I took my smiley tig torch with me so we could match up the right kit, and make sure (in the store) that it fit.
I purchased two gas lense kits, they were for both 1/16 and 3/32 tungsten sizes. They do fit the smiley tig.
