Cut one cap off, then use a block-off plate you're rivet or bolt on to seal it. That works best with thin plastic rather than JUST epoxy or sealant. THen weld up a flanged tube to bolt on the same way.

The radiator is in and running! No leaks or anything. Just perfect! If something happens I will report:-P
