The welds doesn't look so sweet but they are strong! = it's welded with 3 layers of welding plastic :6

Yea, it doesn't look that good, but this made a plastic welder with 18+ years of experience, so I believe it's strong.

You should have known that because the end tanks are in plastic. Total cost for this radiator + fan + welding is about 80$

Otherwise it's just good as it is, because its a dual core like that from b16a2 engined cars. Other d16xx have very thin(one core) radiators also that size.

my D15 $92 radiator is dual core.

Come with a lifetime warranty, how long is that hack job gonna last?

You all must be paying to much for a radiator the last two i bought where 35 and 45. Both where dual core. Hell i even sold one and made enough to cover both. I say it will hold for awhile

i have to say i cant believe no1 pointed you towards some fiberglass.... theres rad fix kits that would have been perfect for you, but hey gj and gl
