thermal, it's not hotrex's fault you didn't research him before buying from him. seriously, what the ----? almost all the threads reference hotrex's lack in shipping ability, and how much his ability to ship sucks, what little he has. (no offence, just stating for a point) and you complain? lets see. i'm gonna go send my sending unit out to be rebuilt, because im cheap and can't afford the extra $50 for a new one. guess what? later after i do this, i find out the company has been bad business to all its customers, and they really ---- ---- up that they DO manage to get back out. and you expect them to feel sorry for me because everyone else told me not to go to them?

and yeah, that is a theoretical situation which ALMOST took place, but didn't.

I think that it's only fair to finish my issues with Josh, hence thread jacking this post.

So, on the 11 JULY, he finally admitted to me that he NEVER did send a manifold like he did on 26 JUNE, which he clearly stated that on the previous page here.... ------ WOW!

On 13 JULY, my customer received a manifold. My customer decided to just stay with a 38mm WG flange (with plans that he will go ahead take it to somebody else to have a 44mm flange welded on), although we paid Josh for the 44mm.... but *** it! We couldnt stand this bullshit anymore. We ended up buying a Peakboost manifold as well cuz of the BS we had to go through.

As far as the quality of this manifold..... my customer is not happy. I dont even want to hear about us rushing Josh about this manifold in which may have affected the workmanship... to me, that is a lame excuse. My customer is just gonna sell this manifold.

Thanks to Corey for trying to keep me updated and keeping me calm. He also apologized for all this BS I had to go through.

For what its worth. I had a peak boost manifold last week. A customer of mine needed me to put the correct wastegate flange on it. It was the biggest piece of ----. The welds were EXTREMELY undercut. They just seemed like they were a root pass with no filler what so ever. I told my customer to send it back. It will definately crack. Just seems like it wasn't done. He saw what I meant when I sent it back to him. He was not happy.

That's probably why they never show zoom in's on their manifolds.

BTW, I'm trying to copy your topmount manifold for Chris's car. The collector is still the hardest part for me, I'm gonna post pics of my progress when I get some more material.

WTF? I've already answered you ****** twice and im not going to repeat myself. I don't have a ------- home now..no internet and im waiting for boot camp on the 25th of this month so i can get my personal life back together. If your on the HMT staff you would known im going through some problems right which included financially. I dont have the fucken internet I aint even in ------- ohio. Im bumming out at my brothers and his wife house and using there computer as we speak.
