also, you sent him money when you already knew he was backed up, he claims he had to wait on flanges, he got the ----, he says he told you it was running a little behind, then made the mani and shipped it. sounds like a typical sale to me. its hotrex, so you have to expect a little delay.

I know Josh isn't exactly timely or a joy to communicate with, but given the fact it's a bunch of four post riceboys full of whiny-whiny with no e-rep to protect so they feel free to lie... yup, no sympathy whatsoever. 85% of CC-*** clients can ride a big fat mancock, IMO.

Did you or did you not send me a manifold on June 26 like you said? Yes, I am referring to the manifold that had a wrong WG flange because YOU forgot that it was supposed to have a 44mm WG flange.....
I dont give a damn if you told my customer (spooledex) that you will do a 2 day DHL this Monday. I want my credibility back

thermal, as a businessman it is your job to find affordable quality solutions for your customers. Instead, you went with the cheapest thing you could find from the goddamn Shipping Baron.
