possible to braze together a manifold?

Re: possible to braze together a manifold?
Brazing is fancy soldering used for copper fittings and ----. You can melt the damn stuff with MAPP gas which isn't terribly hot. Brazing hold pressure nicely, but it sucks for heat. MAPP gas compared to Oxy is like comparing a .22 rimfire to a .30-06. They both will get you, the .30-06 will just hit you harder.

With brazing you don't actually melt the two pieces together but rather melt a lower melting temperature material which holds the two pieces of material together. With welding you are actually melting the two metals together.
