the one in the pics was for jeff white crx the project was a total waste i would not try it again without some serious fiberglass experience

my job is fiberglass. i work on fiberglass and carbonfiber airplanes. i have made plenty of my own parts but if i was going to do a one piece front end i would talk to http://www.wholesalehyperformance.com/ something like that is way too much work for just a one time thing. if you were going to mass produce them then it would be ok to try to make your own, but you will be a lot happier in the end just buying one

if u are gonna make ur own, put siran rap then vasiline all over the area's your gonna lay fiber glass... then use the car as a mold, pour then lay then pour then lay, let dry pull off sand n paint. it aint as hard as some people make it out to be but as beau said, sometimes it aint worth it cuz it doesn't always come out perfect... good luck.
