Well we were finally able to get it to the dyno and good news guys!
On pump gas 93 octane, no ice in the intercooler, it puts out 462whp at 18lbs of boost. On pump gas 93 octane, with ice in the intercooler it is pushing 480whp and still has room for another 20 or so had we not ran out of ice at the dyno I am considering going back for a racegas tune and try and get 550-600 whp out of it within a couple weeks but am afraid of grenading the tranny. The dyno chart posted is 18lbs with all the ice melted, note it appeared as thought he power was a bit spikey at the top end because the charge temps started rising, as the runs before had a perfectly smooth peak Sorry no trq charts, we get full boost @ 5500rpm but to tell you what it looks like is a flat table, no drop off at the top either, trq is near perfectly flat all the way to 9k, to bad it isnt built and ready to see 10k ;) Well enough of the ranting here is the setup: Stock F20C Engine (no headgasket, no head work, no nothing) Rochester 1000cc injectors Custom turbo setup built by me JG-Fab.com Tial 44mm wg Tial 50mm bov SC60 BB T3 exhaust 63 ar stage 5 wheel, S comp housing AEM EMS Tuned by my buddy Jason (aka St00pid) major props to you man! This turbo setup took me 5 months to collect parts to build and 2 months to actually do all the work in the shop (note I only get to work on my stuff on weekends and after 9 on weekday) -James |

Yes actually this is my personal daily driver
I had got this car last year, making monthly payments on it When I got it it was 16400$ and only had 42000 miles on it Payments are only $400 a month which isnt that bad -James |

Everyone said the same about my buddy ivans d series that made 300hp and 250 trq on stock d16z6 and it has lasted over 2 years now....
Note alot of people push this engine on race gas to 600+ hp with no problems yet so I am pretty sure it will hold up at least till I get the built engine done ;) |

Teg was running race gas Cody was running 100 octane race gas last time I checked 462 is more than 450 Note I have record for stock block (no headgasket) and normal 93 octane pump gas..... Next time read before you attempt to bash... -James |

Coming soon for the setup is a new intake manifold and big 3" mustang throttle body
Goal is to hit 500 whp without touching boost, just an intake mani and tb swap -James |
