I am still wondering where the best place for my 38 mm tial wastegate.

Does it matter how far away it is from the manfold?
Can I do two smaller runners into one large one?

I'm just trying like hell not to move the radaitor, if at all possible.

Getting the wastegate close to the collector will help prevent boost creep (at least from what i've read). Makes sense as well, otherwise your only expelling 1/4-1/2 of the exhaust gas possible.

Of course, there are ideals and reality, no doubt wherever you put it will work ok.
