New manifold, DONE WITH PICS
Well I am to the point that I have to build my own manifold for the Ice racer. I need some advice because I don't know what is going to hold up the best in my conditions. I race on bumpy tracks, in the cold, running about 75 percent under WOT. There isn't that much room in my 1 gen CRX because I do need a full size radiator. I tried running a few different half size radiators and the water gets way too hot. I have a bunch of BMC flanges already and planned on running weld-els for the runners.
What type will hold up the best?
Plus still give ok power?
Logs I have heard are bad, for cracking, but I don't know.

Good luck squeezing a decent turbo mani in there with a full sized radiator.
You are going to have to go ram horn with a creative wastegate setup.
Check this out... full sized radiator + ramhorn manifold.
Talk about 10 pounds of ---- in a 5 pound bag

From what I understand the pluses go back and forth not down into the turbo. The heat is what causes them to crack. But you guys know whats best when it comes to this.
I will edit that out.

I can move around the radiator pretty much where I need to. I can build a new support and top peice, so the important thing is to get a strong long lasting turbo manifold. Then build a spare to have in the van just incase.

I wish they would!!! Even NA we have got into cooling problems. It's funny running in the winter you wouldn't think it would issue. But it is. The reason is our heavy *** tires and the CF of the studs hitting the ice. It's like 20 1/4 passes a lap then times that by 2 hours.

there is litterally no clearance between the rad and the manifold even with the EW4 let alone a B series
