A CT-26 would give great low-end torque and power since the stock cams are for low-end power with much lag(that's what was on the 5vz MR2)
A Holset won't have any, huge fat compressor maps ftw.



I guess I'd have to use megasquirt for management, and that's a little outside my skill level right now. Maybe down the road.

I would think the CT-26 a little undersized considering it was stock on a 3.0L engine. I think that you can swap a more high RPM set of cams from the 3.0L v6 3vz-fe found in camry's and ES300's.

toysrme would know more about this I suspect.

My Tacoma SR5 Just got recalled. ******* cut me a fat check and like the *** that I am, I bought a newish Ranger...........----. I miss my 3.0. However my wallet is no worse for the wear. Always wanted to boost the yota. MS was the hurdle that I to could not overcome. Clean work. Well done
