My welds (TA185)

Re: My welds (TA185)
It's a split turbine manifold, the horsepower per psi volumetric efficiency LIES have nothing to do with this.
My power will be less per psi, as if that means anything, yet scavenging of exhaust (thermal mass) will be greatly increased, the ejectors are a proactive anti-reversion gimmick that cause each cylinder pulse to exert itself as kinetic energy on the turbine wheel as opposed to building pressure @ the collector.
Do you want an engine that makes 300 whp at 10 psi with a knock limit of 450 on 93 pumpgas, or one that makes 250 at 10 psi with a knock limit of 500 on 93 octane? Much like lowering CR, my "efficiency" will be less, but what I can do with it is more. Much more. Spool sooner on big turbos, shed heat from my engine so it stays cool, etc.
Most of this you get from a split turbine manifold already, it's just at peak power pressure starts bulding in the collector and you get a "mixed" pulse + pressure flow situation. I'm trying to keep things pulsed.

Re: My welds (TA185)
Nope. I've had the collector made for some time, built a flange for it so I can bolt ejector assemblies in and out as required, and the upper portion of the manifold is a bunch of schedule 10 304H bends and BMC flange sitting in a box in my basement.

Awww...
I appreciate the offer, but I'll do it myself. Everytime I get something from someone else for "my car" it just doesn't feel right once bolted on. I'll live with my serviceable, medium level talent DIYer welds and be very happy, thanks.
