My new setup - top mount t3/t04e with pics in a D16

update:
So with all the vacuum lines disconnected I'm still having varying results with the boost. I'm going to relocate the wastegate onto the up-pipe itself and construct a brace for the up-pipe as well - right now the radiator and turbo are rattling against the hood when I"m above 3500rpm and it's driving me crazy!!! I think I'm going to break down and buy a electronic boost controller as well because I really want more out of this setup - I'm aiming for atlease 220hp and about 165-185 of torque.
Also, my blowoff is a 1g DSM model. I was thinking about crushing it to get it to sound more like a Greddy type S. You can barely hear it even at 7psi. Worth the trouble.

Why would you buy a boost controler? With everything disconnected you are seeing 7 psi (waste gate shut). I would spend your money on a new turbo or different parts for your turbo. Turbine AR makes a huge impact on how things work.

crushed = stiffer = harder to open = quiet on low boost

Hey guys,
You are absolutely right - I'm moving the wastegate to the up pipe within the next few weekends. Will update you guys when it is done - car runs quite well right now with a little bit of rattling from the gangsta lean 92 civic rad - have to fab up some bracketry to hold it properly.
Thanks for all the input guys.

I was wondering how much hood clearance room you had on that thing So far it looks like my b16 w/stock mani top/side mount is going to have to go in favor of more of your style top mount, but I don't know if I can even make it all fit in my EF hatch I've pretty much got the same size turbo, and it looks hella tight in there even with a d-series.

Hi Slo_crx,
You are very right - I don't have any clearance for my hood - it hit & rubs - drives me crazy. I don't know how you can do it with your b16 in there. if I were you, I would just go with a log manifold.
