Nice Welds im a newbie too and hope that mine will look like those when i start... so your gonna have to grind down the inside header flange part and will you have to smooth out the inside as well sorry for all the ?'s but like i said im a newb....

The inside is good. The only thing that needs grinding is the mating surface of the flange you see. It has to be flat, or it won't seal against the head. But I will "clean" up the welds just a bit. Then I'll hight temp coat the assembly.

Almost half my tools originate from that place.

Pittsburgh tools are not that bad. But definately worth the lifetime warranty.

Default More progress on the rear manifold!!!!

Well, I was able to get more work done on the rear manifold today.
