Nice Welds im a newbie too and hope that mine will look like those when i start... so your gonna have to grind down the inside header flange part
and will you have to smooth out the inside as well sorry for all the ?'s but like i said im a newb....

The only thing that needs grinding is the mating surface of the flange you see. It has to be flat, or it won't seal against the head. But I will "clean" up the welds just a bit. Then I'll hight temp coat the assembly.

Almost half my tools originate from that place.
Pittsburgh tools are not that bad. But definately worth the lifetime warranty.
