i think alum MIG is great but it doesnt work for everything. i would never try to seal somethign with it (IC ,catch can, etc)


once you get your settings dialed in the beads can almost look like TIG, i've been welding fmic brackets with it lately and havent had anyone say they didnt like it

 

I would like to see what that looks like on the aluminum. I thought the weld wold look more like MIG'ed stainless
