I buy threw BMC, Racing Solutions, and LSD... i contacted and got the response from LSD and bought it from him... i bought 4 stright's and 4 u bends... i wonted 45's and 90's but he said he didnt have any so i just got that... $75 shipped for 16 gauge 1.75 Mild steel header pipeing... everyone else i seen only had 1.5 and1.6... my buddy orderd 1.5 header kit and it was way to small for the flange... I was told to use 1.75 and seen pics of the manifold with that pipe and choose to go with that...

Made mine w/using a handler 135. Depending on how cramped the manifold is, you have to really plan things out.

Hmm. I don't have any good angled pics of the whole thing.

helps keep underhood temps down. but it also keeps the heat in the metal, causing more stress on all your welds and whatnot. the main reason i did it was to make my mani look better. but i really like how its easier to work in the e-bay and not burn the ---- out of yourself

The only problem I hear is that you got 16g piping. Unless you really know how to design and suppot you manifold it will not carry the weight of your turbo and the stress of the engine rocking.
