The premium flanges from BMC have some extra cuts on the backside, and the ports are cnc'd from what ever shape the port at the heads is to round. So that you don't have to squish the pipe to fit the port.

Most all of those are gone now hopefully will be making a couple ramhoarns for D17's this coming weekend.

1.5" sch 10 is .10" and sch 40 is like .14"
