i would never use flux core to make a mani.... minimum i would say is a good gas mig with stainless wire.

If you are going to build a manifold with a wirefeed you should use mild steel.

els and tees
argon
pipes
saw
.........

you also need friends to practice on

thats how il learned. after a few months and a tank of argon i can do things like this
