I agree,but i have seen setups get by somehow. I got tired of it, so since we dont have emissions laws here and everyone is a ricer, i just route them all behind the pan or out the bumper per request

nice work the only thing i see is the dump tube needs a small flex section or it will eventually crack.

The WG dumping into the exhaust with that small of a turbine/downpipe is just going to cause greater turbulance/back pressure/turbine inefficiency resulting in power loss. Routing it another 1.5' down stream in a less abrupt manner would minimize those issues.
