Basically what you guys had in mind? I can add the "homemadeTURBO" below it if you want.

Colors: Black and Red (???)
Material: Rigid or Flexible Plastic ??
Size: I'm going to experiment, but I'd like to hear what you guys have in mind for sizes.

Another note is, with the "T" I might have to bulk it up a bit so that once the hole is cut it doesn't make it very weak.

black, no homemadeturbo at bottom and rigid is my thoughts

I am going to steal your designs and try it out. I am going to also try anodizing them, HMT style, but red would probably come out closer to pink.

If I make any, I will do them for the cost of shipping. But by the sound of it, bigwig can probably make them cheaper and quicker than this little CNC router will manage. This router is pretty well built, so it will do aluminium, just not very quickly.

put the hole in the "H". problem solved.

Another quick thought, have either of you talked to Chris (Xenocron) about this? When Jeff owned this place, he liked to at least aprove designs of decals and shirts. I would run it by him.

I think I'm going to get it to make a weed pipe first like those credit card pipes :6 If you come up with a good idea, I will make one up on the CNC machine and send you one as a prize.

What if I write you a program on Mastercam X and post a program of B series exhaust flange, whould you able to do it? What machine is it? Like HAAS, Fadal or something with Fanuc controls or even Okuma. And what control model is it?

he said it barely cuts aluminum... so im pretty sure flanges are out of the question.

This thing won't do anything thicker than a few mm and the cut speed would be so slow on anything thicker, it would just burn out the cutting bits very quickly.

I have my 3mm plate of aluminium and the guy in charge of the machine is getting less busy (he's been working 100hr weeks recently). So I will get a batch of key rings made up. Xenocron is up for rocking one. Once it is set up, I can just walk away and come back to the finished product hopefully.
