My company just bought a CNC table milling machine. Able to do workpieces about 500x500x100mm X x Y x Z axis (thats about 18"x18"x4" for you imperial nogs). But I can't think of anything good I can make with it. Got any good ideas?

I think I'm going to get it to make a weed pipe first like those credit card pipes If you come up with a good idea, I will make one up on the CNC machine and send you one as a prize.

 

Everyone and their mother wants intake manifold inlet flanges for all manner of Honda engine. Get on it. You will make a killing.

 

So you want our ideas so you can sell them :1

 

Mill ourself a titainium ***** and go ---- yourself.... then your mom... then yourself again.... then your mom... then you, then mom... etc.

 

I'm not going into mass production here, plenty of easier ways to make money. Just wanted some ideas of things to make. Might make some HMT key rings, something small and simple to design. Just to test out what it is capable of.

Don't think it will do *****'s, would need a bigger mill, this thing is only really for hobby use.

 

Is it a router or a mill? I used to program a Flow CNC router at my old job, 100” x 160” x 36”. Just a little bigger

It is a cnc router, not a milling machine. We should be getting it up and running today, so I'll take some pictures of the first test pieces.
