We have one of these: http://www.multicam.com/eng/Products/3000series.html and another one of similar size at work. The thing most humerous about the whole situation is I bet the Multicam is used about 1-2 hours on average a day and the other one is probably used 1 hour a week.

With injector bungs, I can't see machining intake manifold flanges being remotely profitable. Probably $10 worth of material and 60 minutes on the CNC. Figure average billing time for a CNC machine is atleast $75-150, I'd imagine you'd just be breaking even in the end.

Oh my idea....I'd machine some sort of killing device.

Thats why everyone still uses factory oem manifolds runners with a custom plenum. Those would be solid for itb's though

garolite intake manifold gaskets- g10 i believe is the heat resistant ----
