no such thing as t5 or t66 flanges. t5 is a 5spd rwd tranny, and the t66 is one of the larger t4 frame garrett compressor wheels.

dan.
http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/T6-SS...QQcmdZViewItem ebay link

next to the holset, a t4 flange.

on top of holset, t4 flange. PORTS are the same size, thats why i thought it was a t4...

i drove one of those trucks today and started thinking about your build. when i shifted at 4500rpms (near death). and shift to second it falls to 2200ish. i'm wondering how much of a powerband you will have on that truck. the one i drove was a 5 speed fuel injected one not that i think it matters, just thought i'd mention

as i said, t66 is a compressor size nothing to do with turbine inlet footprint - that ebay ad is misleading...

the t6 turbine flange is common on the large frame garrett turbos like the TV8101 and similar

so i assume its a divided t6 flange?
it appears the t6 bolts will line up,but the ports on the turbo look small - t4 size. time fo some turbo porting to match the flange

the size of the intake/exhaust ports, they're basically rectangles 1.5" wide, almost 2" tall. porting wont help much.. theres no rpm's to really make a difference.

a ported upper intake to match a 302 twin throttle body will make the ****** really come alive.. even moreso with a 4 barrel carb.

cams, springs, and rods are the 3 big limitations on the engine, outside of small *** throttle body plates (32mm iirc) or one single carb with a 1 3/4" throttle plate.

thats why 4900cc's of straight 6 torque made only 150hp in the last year of production, yet more torque than the first gen of 300, with 170hp. they built the head a little better, but choked it off with that dinky *** throttle body.

90mm tb off a Q45 can be found for $20-90 on ebay depending on your sniping skills.
that looks like the size of flange that was on a gigantic 70's garret off an international harvestor i bought at an industrial equipment suprlus yard one time.
